Baumler, Holguin Take Top Honors At The 2009

Price's Give 'Em Five Sun Bowl Punt, Pass & Kick

EL PASO, Texas (October 13, 2009) - Jacob Baumler of Hanks High School took top honors at the 2009 Price's Give 'Em Five Sun Bowl Punt Pass & Kick Sectional Competition presented by the El Paso Parks & Recreation Department Tuesday at Sun Bowl Stadium.

Baumler had a combined total of 307 feet in the event.

The top female performer was Adrienne Holguin, who had a total of 199 feet in the event. Her total is a city record for the girls 10-11 division.

The winners in each division will now match their scores against other competitors in the region, with the top performers advancing to Irving to compete at a Dallas Cowboys game in December at the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick regional competition.
