EL PASO, Texas – The Sun Bowl Association has announced the deadline to request a refund must now be in writing and must be in by 11:59 p.m. (MT) on Dec. 30, 2021.
Deadline Notice for tickets purchased through the Sun Bowl Association office and TicketMaster:
Requests for refunds of tickets due to the University of Miami being unable to play in the 2021 Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl need to be sent in a written request to the Sun Bowl Association Office, ticket@sunbowl.org by 11:59 p.m. (MT), Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021.
Any tickets bought before Dec. 5, 2021 are not refundable.
Requests will be reviewed and responded to by Jan. 15, 2022. Please include the name of the ticket purchaser, phone number and account or order number, if available.
