Credential requests are managed by our partner, Sport Systems Services, Inc. Click on the Sports Systems logo below to request your credentials.

2012 Hyundai Sun Bowl Credential Requests

You can apply by going to Sports Systems at www.sportssystems.com/sunbowl/.

Please fill out the necessary information. Remember that this is NOT a UTEP event, so your UTEP credentials will not get you into the Hyundai Sun Bowl.

TV STATIONS:
Only your satellite truck can park in the Upper South Parking lot adjacent to the South end of Sun Bowl Stadium. There will be no television station automobiles allowed in this area. Your automobiles can park in the Sun Bowl Parking Garage. Any TV station that has an automobile in the Upper South Parking lot will be towed. No Exceptions.

Please note that if you are doing a live remote from the stadium, all cabling in pedestrian traffic areas must be secured in order to avoid tripping hazards. There are no live remotes at field level. PARKING:
Primary media parking will be the Sun Bowl Parking Garage. A limited number of media members will be allowed access to park on Sun Bowl Drive and Dawson Road. ONLY satellite trucks may park in the Upper South lot. There is NO television truck parking in the Press Box lot.

PRESS BOX SEATING:
The Sun Bowl Stadium Press Box was built in 1963 and has limited seating. Media will be seated according to priority. All overflow media will be given field level credentials, unless you ask for overflow seating in the stadium.

INTERNET & PHONES:
The press box and the photo trailer will have active wireless internet available to the media. There will be five phone lines available in the work room of the Sun Bowl Press Box.

PLEASE NOTE: No live blogging will be allowed. You may blog randomly during the event, but you may not blog the actual play-by-play. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of your internet privileges or removal from the premises.

 LUNCH:
Lunch will be served to the media in the press box. Those working at field level that do not wish to eat in the press box can get a box lunch in the South Tunnel at field level.

FOOTBALL CREDENTIAL PICKUP

Credentials can be picked up on Saturday, December 29 and Sunday, December 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, which is located at 6789 Boeing Drive. MEDIA HOST HOTEL
